Artells is a photo magazine that presents beauty, fashion, fine-art, portrait and conceptual stories. The digital and print platform is a canvas for visionary artists worldwide. We submitted our recent underwater portraits, in collaboration with Mixd Dance Company, and were selected to be featured in their August Issue. This piece titled, Eb & Flow was created for Mixd's session-based dance training program to provide creative opportunities for the dancers to experience through photography. This session we wanted to figure out how to capture movement underwater with the dancers. We shot these images in our backyard pool through a 40 gallon fish tank. Learning and growing through photography is a passion of ours and collaboration is where the magic happens. Below are the tear pages form the publication.
